Interestingly, Building Information Model (BIM) a typical example of such industry. It circumvents human errors, lessening project costs, strengthening productivity quality, reducing delivery time. analysis investigates factors influencing BIM implementation developing nations. A comprehensive literature review was performed determine what contribute adoption. These drivers were categorized using exploratory factor (EFA). Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) also used with questionnaire survey 100 Nigerian building engineering professionals.
