Building Information Modeling Execution Drivers for Sustainable Building Developments

The need for continuous global improvement in the construction industry’s current state is inevitable. This pursuit advancement to benefit all concerned stakeholders industry, and innovation has been acknowledged as this measure. Interestingly, Building Information Model (BIM) a typical example of such industry. It circumvents human errors, lessening project costs, strengthening productivity quality, reducing delivery time. analysis investigates factors influencing BIM implementation developing nations. A comprehensive literature review was performed determine what contribute adoption. These drivers were categorized using exploratory factor (EFA). Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) also used with questionnaire survey 100 Nigerian building engineering professionals. Findings from model highlight most critical sustainable deployment. study’s conclusion will serve guideline policymakers nations that want finish successful projects by avoiding improving accomplishment via usage BIM.
